Illegal deduction of money for service

I am pre-paid airtel customer- 9971605390. On the 7th & 9th August I receive two messages from message center 64611030. On reading the messages and then canceling it, I found that Rs.30 was deducted on every occasion. I have not utilized the extra service but unfortunately my money has been redacted from my account. Kindly redress it and reverse the money back to my account. Just reading such promotional messages should not put the customer into a disadvantageous position.
