Wrong Deduction

Dear Sir,

I am using! dea prepaid service. My mobile no. is: 7890148191. Today (25/10/10) at 9.15 AM they had deducted the balance Rs. 30 from my! dea prepaid no#. I had already called to customer care executive regarding the same, but he didn't provide the proper detail. I don't have any VAS or dialer tones etc. I need my deducted balance back bcoz this is wrong deduction.
