Not happy with the services of mts network

Mts is the worst services provider in terms of roaming and billing.i was travelling in train from rajasthan to bombay n suddenly the network vanished as soon as i entered in maharastra state, when i tried to contact mts customer care they said we are sorry when you will come back to home network then only we are able to check out the details, and when i was back in home network they said now everything is fine .this is the kind of mts is providing services so plsb aware of mts .09982481081 is my contact number.if any body can help me pls do call me.
