Network problem

I am very disappointed by the service offered by Airtel and the worst is that no body is there to listen, all gives you the false statements. I have a airtel gsm mobile (9860677802) maharashtra region network, from last 3 month i am regularly doing follow up of the network problem i am facing at my new office at F.C Road pune, which is situated in heart of the city, inside my office all the other service provider has good network, only airtel is totally blank. Hope after giving this complaint some positive response will be there.
