GPRS not working properly

Dear Nodal Officer/Customer Care Officers AIRTEL BIHAR,

GPRS service is not working properly in the area of Ashoknagar/Postal Park and western part of Kankarbagh, Patna since june. The towers of this area [St. Michael/Postal Park etc. ] are not working properly.

So. we are unable to connect INTERNET through AIRTEL GPRS service.

Plz. Solve the technical problem as soon as possible.
