Money deduction

Sir, i have a prepaid docomo no. 9028614295. I m recieving love alert msgs from number 54321 which i have not subscribed for. They deduct rs 10 per week for this service. I called customer care no. Several times but they are not responding properly. They say that we have no updates about this service activation. Till today nearby 120 rs are deducted and its going on. Sir, plz take action against this.
