Docomo GPRS speed

I purchased a Tata Docomo Sim attracted by their GPRS plans especially, 149@8gb/month plan. Wnen i actually use it, the speed is worst. I am not even getting 30kbps browsing speed. Forget about downloading. They should increase the speed and should not cheat customers by attractive ads. Compared to this, Airtel is far better and provides good speeds (upto 200kbps). Even if the plans are relatively costly, they are worth. I did nt expect this from TATA group. My 50Rs (sim cost) and 149Rs (8gb plan) are a waste i feel.
