I want to deactivate my i player subscription which i have not activated. every day my balance is deducting by Rs 5 . i called customer care but they are not stopping the service or not giving proper clue.
one customer care guy told to contact 155223 to deactivate i-player pack, but it says i dont have any services activated on my phone.
pls stop iplayer subscription on my number immediately.
