Egarding the customer care service persons response

I just now called the customer care services to clarify all the rate tariff and was very unsatisfied with the response of her. Her name is Jayapradha spoke to her from my number at9.57am today (1/3). She does not know how to talk to a customer she is talking in a sacarstic manner and is shouting back at me. And to tell about the airtel service its bull shit!!! initially the 195 booster had local and national sms free then again they stopped that scheme and oonly it was acting as a call rate cutter then now they have introduced another tariff saying that whatever message booster we apply its only 100 msg per day, we trust their service and put the booster but these people even without intimation they change the plans and highly irritate us. In clarifying these doubts that Jayapradha lady is sleeping and answering and when asked to connect to the higher officials she gives a lame excuse saying that still the senior officials has not come to work.it was really surprised to look how people are so lazy and sit in their office giving a stupid response.
