Non refund of Security deposit after one year of disconnection

I have terminated my post paid connection no. 0120 3245650 on 27th Jan'2010 and till date I have not received my security refund of 3600 INR.

Several visits to Reliance Web World Sec 18, Noida and numerous emails to customer service have failed to provide any satisfactory responce. Their usual reply is & It is under process.

To top it all, Reliance Web World Sec-18 has refused to even acknowledge this is in writing that my refund claim is under process as of todays date.

This is extremely unprofessional on part of a Big Corporate company and very disappointing for a customer who stood with them for years.

Only one word comes to my mind for such practises &&MAAFIA
