Hi,
I have just bought a new number with a leading mobile service provider here in india. The network i get is working fine. I am here specifically to point out the disfunctional IVR service provided by Airtel.
I have been trying to get through the IVR to talk to a customer service professional but without any results, The IVR is not capable of registering the right numbers i feed. It keeps me looping back repeatedly. I am not sure how can i talk to someone on the customer service end. They are charging me for a caller tunes service without my consent. I would like to stop the service and hence i am trying to reach someone to deactivate the service.
