I am a customer pf BSNL ExcelPower_KTK. I am receiving unsolicited messages from 53030. I have not subscribed for it. Already a lot of money is cut from my account... Can anything be done to stop this menace.. Do i need to approach the consumer court.. My number is. 9448929364... unnaramkallel@gmail.com
