I have been trying to contact the airtel customer are since 10 days as my phone not working since that time. Everytime i press some 5-6 options and finally reach the executive on the phone when the phone gets disconnected.

These guys are useless and we have to pay them for their service. Is this what we call service? I want to file a case on them and they shud be given a good lesson
