I am Sujata, using Airtel since past 5-6 years. 2 Years as an employee in Delhi and then as a customer.

I know the goods and bads about it and have accepted both. For some reasons Airtel was always close to me.

As my boss 'Gopi' the COO for the UP East circle used to say. There are 100 people using Airtel. If you gv bad services. The 90 would just through it in a bin and move on to some other network. The 10 who took out some time to gv u a feedback and a chance. Respect them.

1 because of A R Rahman's tune which was my group's fav in college. 2. Cause I was an employee.(one of teh best employees of Airtel UP east)

Feeling bad at the state at which Airtel is now. I don't know if anyone would check my complaint, but writing cause want to.

Airtel is moving towards Relaince stage. Selling a lot of connections but not being able to assist the customers. Shame.

My last month's payment was 1000. Had recently joined a organization at Pune Satara Rd (I live in Koregaon Park and always make payments at the outlet in Kalyani nagar)

1st I kept calling customer services if sonemone could come and collect money from my house or office. As when I left for office the outlets were closed an when retured at around 9-10, they were closed. Agents said it can't happen. The online option was nt working for more than a week, i don't know why.

Finally I went to the Satara road outlet and wanted to pay by card, but the person there mentioned that there was no electricity so can only take cash and it will be updated only when electricity comes and so will nt be able to gv a receipt. I was ok with it as it has happened a lot many times at the Kalyaninagar outlet and I used to trust Airtel.

I had 700 cash which I made the payment from and forgot about it.

Since past a week i am getting calls, receiving sms about the payment which should be 300 of the earler amt left and 1000 which is this month's bill. I would have made the pay in 24 hours if it was just 1300 but the bill was 2000 as the 700 was never updated, either the guy kept it in the pocket or Airtel added it to its kitty.

I called up the customer services more than 5 times after listning and staying at the shitty IVR for more than 30 minutes every time I called. The agents as usual with their learnt script saying sorry and OK on everthing without undersatnding the meaning of it. Just for the heck of saying. The biggest mistake Mr. Mittal did was after taking a decision to outsource the customer services. I was proud of Airtel now I feel I am talking to the railway enquiry. It is so shitty.

I was promised call backs twice. It never happened. One got to speak to a supervisor 'YOGESH' > I bet my a month's salary he was not a supervisor. A bully who was just being payed for serving customers but he was not more than a teenager, who has decided not to listen to anyone even u die crying. I am ashamed of Airtel if he was really a supervisor.

Finally my outgoing calls got barred. And now nt in a mood to call up customer services and say the same thing which i have been saying.

Already spoken to Hutch and Idea people and will atke a connection by evening.

Feeling Sorry for Airtel who lost one the loyal customers.
