No Refund till Date

I had taken up Airtel mobile connection which I requested to discontinue on the month of Dec. I received the last bill (Bill Number-585996319) from Airtel that has refund amount of INR 1273.90

I am yet to receive the payment of 1273.90 from Airtel in spite of visiting their office in Bangalore Multiple times in last 2 years. Faxing them my Nationalized bank a/c number since there my address has changed.

fax was sent to refund of excess amount on 19th July and getting back the acknowledgement of the same singed by Sany Adarsh with Service request Number 13282646, I have not got any communication from Airtel end.

I spoke to customer care executive and she logged a complaint (Number 13759835) on 31-08.

I am yet to get money back and any communication regarding this.

Bharti Telecom sucks.
