Warranty Service

1. My name is SAGAR PAT PINGUA, i live in Vil.-Haludbani (Namotola), P.O.- Tatanagar, P.S.- Parsudih, Dist.- East Singhbhum (Jharkhand), Pin-831002, contect no. is 9631255553 and mail Id is sagarpatpingua@gmail.com.

2. I was baying a Fly / M C 160 Mobile Handset on the Mobile Shop, Big Bazaar, Jamshedpur, date of 17-03.

3. I didn't know the Fly Mobile Company, so i not interested to try it's, but Shop-man said to me faithfully : (I) Mobile best for me in my interest, (II) Mobile service center is in Kalimati Road, Beside Yamaha Showroom, Above Canera Bank, Jamshedpur, (III) You have one year warranty period and can extension one year warranty period to paid 60 rupees. At last i bought it to paid 5, 500 60.70 = 5, 560.70 rupees.

4. The mobile in troubled on the date of 12-02 then after mobile no work again.

5. Then after i search the mentioned Service Center Kalimati Road, Jamshedpur, but not found then after i went to Mobile shop, Big Bazaar, Jamshedpur.

6. Where the Shop-man told to me "You have should go only the Service Center, we have not in liability after saleing the particular". He gave me new service center address- I T services, opposite Jharkhand Gramin Bank, Main Road Over-bridge, Ranchi - 1.

7. I was taking the mobile to serviceing I T services, Ranchi on the date of 14-02, but not progressive work in the long time.

8. It's harmful for me so i want to solution to getting mobile.
