Hi tis is senthil frm bangalore my contact number is 9986021186..tis is to inform tat i am facing many problem in my set past 5months, one of ur service provider in rajajinagar branch they took 4 times to repair my set ad the service manager by name SEVITHA her contact no is 9886436072, one of ur service execuitive told me tat he will give me the replacement fr the set till now ter is no responce frm te service centertis ..Is this te way to treat the customer and the service is hope less, ad SAVITHA even dnt kn how to speek to the customer, my complaint no is 110513/37 its been registerd on 13/05 the modle is X3 IMEI NO 353770041568065, see i dn bother to go to media r the news paper agenci, i think some one will check in tis isseu soon
