i am pramode kumar from mangalore having mobile number 9844617305, working as a media person and using idea sim for the past several years. compare to other circle, in karnataka, specially in mangalore, your service is not good. even many time, they have charged (debited) some of my money without bringing to my notice. and finally, after clean checkup they apologised also. yesterday, midnight, something around (1:17 am) i got an message, rs. 30 debited for musicmasti. today (6/1), i contacted your customer care person, he explained... it was activated on 3rd by 6.10 pm. it was an baseless statement.by that time, i have not received any call from your customer service or even message. this is not the question of 30 rupees. you have to take it as a serious matter and set right the problems. [i am taking this into consumer court (forum) - this is for your attention]
