DISTRIBUTOR'S MISBEHAVIOUR

Hello, I Pradeep gartan took recharge vochoure of Rs 30 from KINARA ONLINE. unfortunatelly instead of my number 9892609282 he recharged on different number which was 9892609281, when i wanted my money back he refused to pay back and start misbehaving (using very abuse word... very cheap language as BEHANCHOD...), THIS HURT'S ME A LOT... if u r going to take some action against him... otherwise i m going to CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS...
