Not refund my sequrity deposiet

Sir,

I Nilanjan Sengupta, I surender my mobile last year. After that I caim my sequrity depoit and get a confermation from them on July 28. After that they does not contact me. When I go to the customer care office they said it will be send you will get it.

I massage on 4 th december but till date I cant any sutable reply form them.

So pls help me to refund my sequrity deposit.
