Delay in coupon delivery without any notification

Hi!

My name is Lavika Kapoor, I am a user of freecharge.in, a website which PROMISES to give free coupons of the equal value of the recharge done. Its been 8 days, i have already complained twice, neither are they reverting to my mails, nor are they sending the coupons. The maximum time frame they provide is within 7 days. But now its been 8 days. Kindly check with them
