Phone not credited with recharge but amount deducted from bank

Hi,
I had recharged my phone no 9960****** through order no. 1388654 at freecharge.in website for Rs. 300 on 20-3. My ICICI account was debited with Rs.300 but the phone was not credited with the recharge. I received an sms informing me the transaction had been successful which was not actually the case. I tried looking for a customer care number on their website but to my dismay none had been provided. Does anyone know of a customer care no. where they can be contacted?
