Amound Deducted from Account but Recharge not happen

Two of Rs 501 recharge failed and money deducted from credit card. No reply from customer care. Order Number was 2236531 and 2236427.Total Amout deducted = 2*501 2 *10 = 1024. I need my money back asap.
