Free coupons not sent, no response to complaint done on website

I made a mobile recharge on www.freecharge.in for Rs 350 with order ID-3032453 on 11 June. I was promised free coupons for the same amount within 7 days. However, I have not yet received any free coupons that were promised.

I also registered on their portal for the same. The complaint id is 24712. I have not received any response for this complaint either. I also updated the comments on the complaint, but still no response from their end.

I request for immediate action towards my complaint.
