SMS problem deduction

Today is 31st dec. airtel charge 1.50 rs per sms but when i send sms after sending 2 sms the 3rd sms going to outbox not send it happen many time i am trying to complain them the person says sir its system updation happening we can't tell u this time.

what is this? airtel people think am a fool if system is under maintenance then why is customer support active they deduct me 50 paise. BAD Cutomer SUPPORT
