I called twice on the 31-12 and the second person i spoke at 420am to was Extremly rude... He spoilt my day... he was adamant and would not transfer the call to a supervisor... he was very very very rude and i hope this feedback goes to him... i pay money every month for a service.he needs to understand that withouth customers he will not even get his salary ..very rude rep.
He kept arguing that it was a blackout day and i cant send SMS... Ver very rude.. and i am very angry with this service... i have been facing issues from the last one month with my Gprs and WAP... but this guy i spoke to on 31st december at 4.20am approximately was very very rude. i would like to know what action will be taken and i want a revrt.
