Excess charges in bill

Sir,

my cell no-9892364411.

1.i hv opened a plan for BLACKBERRY Services to receive my office mails, but for some reasons, my m'ment is not given permmission for that, so automatically it is not used by my side, but still i've charged in my my Nov Or Dec bill for Rs.200 excess,

2.my some SMS charged by internationally @5/-per SMS, which actually was local no's., which same no's used by me every day.

for both, i've complain in Airtel gallary[santacruz[w], for reduce this both charges & charged SMS charges as actual @0.50n.p., but no responce, & everyday getting calls from customer care for collection.

i have this cel no since last ten years, if there is no positive responce, then i have plan to change my service provider last.
