Mr. surjeet employee of airtel broad band at the time of connection time .he did the commitment that after two month activation of your plan your monthly rental which is now 899 will convert in 650 but at present i has been used this plan 4 to 5 month & my plan do not convert in 650 when i was calling on the customer care no.198 than they told me that we have not any this type of commitment . which means the employee of airtel broadband mr surjeet give me wrong information related rentel of the connection. so i want to action with in a week otherwise i will have to go consumer form.
