Deduction of rupees

Rs.30.00 has been debited from my account without my prior permission. I had have recharge my mobile no with Rs.110.00 on 13 Dec & got balance of 110.00 exactly but next early morning found Rs.30.00 missing from my account. Had complaint to 4 aircel excutive named Swati, Swarna Chetna etc.. but all of them made me fool & didn't even given complaint or reference no.

Please take necessary action to solve this matter.
