Senseless verification process

Recently my AirTel service got suspended due to lack of documentation. So I went to Relationship Center in Malad (W) and was told to refill the whole Enrollment form and submit my passport copy again. Which I obliged. Apparently that documentation got rejected due to lack of Indian VISA on the passport.
I went back and forth and try to educate people in RElationship center and also in callcenter explaining that I am a citizen of India, who is staying in US, so I won't have and need an Indian VIsa to come to India. But all this fell into deaf ear and they insist I get an INdian VIsa to restart my service and refuse to escalate this matter also. I am stuck and annoyed.
