Giftmate
Money is debited but Mobile is not recharged

Hi

I tried to recharge my mobile (9945315799) on 17th Jan using giftmate. I received message that mobile recharged successfully and money is debited. I am supposed to receive one more message saying eRecharge.

But till now i didn't receive message and mobile is not recharged.

Please help me.
