AIRTEL / Prepaid Connection
No proper service and records!

I have recharged my Airtel Prepaid connection with RC110/- for talk time of Rs85/- "TRANSACTION ID-658889108". And top up of RC120/-(Benefit VV) "TRANSACTON ID-658895856" for cutting the call cost to .59 paise/cal and 10paise/msg. I have done both the recharges on 04th February and it is valid till one month. Now i have received a message from Airtel that my Benefit Value Voucher would expire on 08th February with even completion of one week. How is this possible and how can a RC valid for one month can expire just with in 1-week.

This is Disgusting and it show how the records and maintained in Airtel and how they are cheating the customers.
