Non provisioning of VAS!

This is complaint against the poor & callous attitude of Airtel postpaid service group and their helpline 121. I have taken the post paid connection in the month of Jun from Airtel under 449 talkathon tariff. I have been requesting the customer helpline 121 for value added services like call conference facilities. Initially it was confirmed to me that call con facility will be activated after completion of 06 months of usage and affirmed that no prerequisites are needed, sooner my coordinator sends the mail for requesting for the services, it will be activated. Mail was sent on 06 Feb for activating the same. Recieved reply as airtel is unable to activate the facility without mentioning the exact reasons. Called Airtel helpline 121 was called to address the issue again on 07 Feb 08. Initially the person attended to say that he is not in a position to reply to my query. After my demanding to put me across to the concerned to floor manager, got connected to Ms Anuradha. All she said is she doesn't know anything about this call con facility and however separate department is there to look into this and declined to give their number/other contact details. all reply i recd from her is the complaint has been lodged vide 15499721 and i would get reply within 24 hrs. This is plight from a customer of Airtel post paid customer.
