Not Activation of Night Pack of Rs 69 STD R-R

I Kumar Shishir mobile 8880065673 recharged with Rs 69 on 23/2.

The service (R-R free STD call in night) didn't get active on my

phone. Whenever i call on your Customer Care number they do not

respond. They always say that the application is down or some other

excuse. So again I recharged with Rs 69 today (25/2). Can you

please solve my problem as soon as possible.
