Net connect mobile to pc

Dear sir,

i call to airterl customer for net connection service mobile to pc. but no, call come on my cell. he say he call in 4 houres but many tims i calld bu no call come in my cell. my airtel customer care referance no. F553701343 dt. 12/9 time 1.40 pm.

i call many times but no responce to me. so, pls solve my problem. i am postpaid customer of airtel.

i hope u will be solve my problem.
