Poor Customer service

I had given nokia model 6275 cdma for repair of audio transmitter on 21 sep 09 vide job 115433572/090921/105. There is no feedback till today, the staff at reception is clueless make you hold for 15-20 minutes without answering to query. There is no way we can check status of repair. Repair charges were escalated which were agreed to by me. When contacted toll free number, was told that it cannt be repaired. The mobile is hardly an year old. Customers are taken for a ride and they dont seem to have a good repir support level and have left it to non-professionals. Perhaps they believe in sell and forget policy..Its a poor show on this brand. The officials must take note of this and take remedial measures..
