Vodafone prepaid
Cant receive sms

Dear sir,

this is to inform you that i avinaba bhowmik using vodafone pre-paid service since 2006.My vodafone number is 9732122789 (west bengal circle). i am using handset blackberry (storm 2) 9520 for the last 3 months. But from the last 3 days i cand send sms, but i cant receive sms, as i have registered a complain to the vodafone customer support, though they didnt give a positive response.

plz go through my problem as soon as possible and make me oblige.
