Not Activate GPRS

Dear Sir,
I have recently taken IDEA SIM for Mobile Internet (plan Unlimited 30 Days in Rs 98) and mobile no :9702971715. I call for GPRS in Mumbai Circle on 9702012345 that no is provided by the Customer Care. I have called and activate it and they dedect Rs. 98 from account But Till now not activate GPRS or not sent GPRS Setting for my Mobile, my mobile is Nokia 3110 and I got one SMS for activate GPRS that my SR NO : 110325007447.
Do need full ASAP
