Excesess Bill

Dear Sir,

I Ved Parkash Sharma of 4666, Mahavir Bazar, Cloth Market, Delhi :-110006. I have Vodafone post paid connection vodafone no. 9711311751. The vodafone Company added sum of Rs. 685/- downloads charges in my bill no.0088181697 dt. 11/10 for the period 11/09 to 10/10. But my hand handset unable for Web and GPRS. I complaind noted at Netaji Subhash Marg Daryaganj Vodafone Store. But there is no response by the execative of Vodafone Store. I request you to please help me about this matter what I do.
