Deduction in balance without any usage

Dear sir

This is to bring your kind attention that there was a deduction of Rs 8 in my mobile 9012994764 on 15 october and this is not the first time, even before this the same problem happened a month ago. Although Rs 8 is not a big amount but do you have any idea of how annoyed and irritated a person feels when his balance reaches suddenly 0 and he has to make an important call. Adding to the miseries is idea's message card which does not work at the time required or get expired before the validity period. When i talked to customer care executive there was no satisfactory response. Is this how idea cares for its customer, and if this continues then let me tell you no one will ever use idea's services. I am a college going student and trust me after this complain if idea do not reply on my mobile then i will surely complain to its main head quaters to tell them not to ever test the power of a student; the common people.

I hope you will help me in hightighing this problem to idea.
