Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Nuka Raju Kolli, am your customer. I have recently taken the idea

sim (with no: 9705455936) in september with following tariff

plan applicable for one year.

1) Idea to Idea monthly 25min free.

2) 5 F&F Idea no's - 1ps/3sec.

3) Idea to any other mobile 1ps/sec.

4) 1ps/msg to any network. First msg charge is Rs 1.

5) Initially I got 50/- talk time.

But Now the following tariff was applied without my interference.

1) Idea to Idea monthly 25min free.

2) F&F Idea no's - 1.2ps/sec.

3) Idea to any other mobile 1.2ps/sec

4) No msg offer.

So I lost my offer. I hadn't enjoy with my offer at least one month. I

have already made a complaint two times at customer care office and

call center. But no response. I am requesting to you to change my plan

to old tariff.
