Idea and reliance

I am Satish Wade having mobile number 9595737171. Now my number is in Idea Postpaid. I have given a porting request in reliance web world to port in that number into Reliance GSM prepaid on 17-Sep. Till now my number is not ported. I have called to Idea customer care. They told me that idea has completed the process and now the from their side number is ready to port out. But why the delay is in reliance process. I have called to reliance customer care, and they are not giving proper reply. Many time they gives explanation that their systems are not responding and hence unable to give details. I have visited reliance web world and they are ready to listen. They just said work in progress. They can’t give more information. That to arrogantly.

Also write mail to customercare@relianceada.com. But they also never responds. So please tell me what should I do.
