Deduction of account balance unnecessarily

Sir,

With due respect & humble submission I, Amit Mittal belongs to aaonla, district Bareilly. I want to complaint you that some days ago I enquired to idea customer care executive "RAJNI" on "18-FEB" at noon 12 O'clock whose ID No:- 506051284429516, that if i do recharge my mobile for net plan of 98/- then will there be any type of deduction of account balance from my mobile either i use my net plan in U.P.East or U.P.West then she replied me that there will be no deduction in your balance. Then I got recharged my mobile for that net plan but my account balance is deduting countinuously if i use my net plan in U.P.East and even if i talk to customer for this problem to overcome then also account balance is deducting and customer executives are talking rudely. So, I want to request you that please take any stern action against towards this problem otherwise I will port my mobile number and also I'll port the numbers of my family member who are using idea service.

I will be highly thankful to you for this kind act if you help me to solve this problem.
