Not refund money

Respected Sir/Mam,

i am Jasbir dalal from bahadurgarh. i had recharge my mobile with Rs 50 in idea number 9992974925 but by mistake it recharge on another number 9992974925.i call to customer care but he refuse to help.sir i want to get back my money on my number9992974925.please sir help me i have very great faith in your consumer forum. i hope you take a good and fair decision as soon as possible. i know it is very small amount but sir i want justice please help me as soon as possible.
