Amount getting deducted every month Rs 50 for GPRS which have not been subscribed

Hi Team,

This is to inform you that there is a deduction happeneing every month of Rs50 for GPRS (mobile number 9964169050) which I havent subscribed at all, also not availed the serives for that and the issue has been raised to Idea outlet from January and still it has not been solved. Even though it has been adressed in the past months the reply from them is the money will be transfered but yet it is not done in any of the months and deduction has happened for Rs 250 till date.

We request you to take some action on this and help me in getting the money transferred.
