Incorrect Deductions

I have been using Idea service from the past 6 years. Usually, the service used to be worst..but somehow i had resolved my query. However, in the last 10 days, i have been calling like anything and no one bother to resolve my query.

Agents would not know what they are talking about. For the same thins i have called for 4 times and without any resolution. Idea does not understand the value of money, if they have to rob money like this, they can request the customer and we will donate it to them but this is not the way they are making use of the innocent customers.
