Hi

I am using IDEA connection (9743996066) in Bangalore since a long time

Recently i switched my work place to DELHI, I carried my Idea SIM ther used in DUAL SIM Mobile and rarely (Once in a week) used my IDEA conncetion as it was in roaming,

Last week i was back to bangalore for a vaccation, i started to use my idea connection, but here i found connection is barred

i called the customer care around six time

1) She asked me to recharge for Rs 60 later it shall be activate

2) After two hour i called again to customer care, an other lady on that side tells it will take an other two hours

3) After two hour a guy received the call at the customer care, swithc off / and switch on the phone it might work. result was same outgoing barred

4) please wait for an other one hour ur complaint is logged

5) around 7 pm i.e after 3 hours i called again he tells it will be activated now, call disconnects

6) after trying again the person tell it will be activated at the end of the day i.e at midnight

these people are trying to fool around us

whom to complaint now
