Dear Sir,

I have Airtel mobile No. 9994463381. On 29.10.2009 My Account Balance was Rs. 51.51 Paise. That Day, I received a messagege from your message service no. 54321 mentioning

"Thanks for downloading StarTrek from Airtel, You have been charged Rs. 50. Play Games http://gclub.in". Then My Account Balance was decreased to Rs.1.51 Paise.

I really do not know what is StarTrek and I don't want to use this service. I talked to customer service but no satisfactory reply from that side.

This is the problem to many of the AIRTEL mobile users.

On 30.10.2009 I recharged for Rs.155. After Two Days, I got One Or Two Joke Messages regularly from 54321. On 09.11. I got that type of message from 54321 and my serveice Reply Shows "SMS Cost: Rs 1.00 ". I talked to customer service but no satisfactory reply from that side.

Hello AIRTEL ServiceProviders, If you want money, Directly Contact with me. Otherwise u can beg from others openly. Don't cheat people with these activities.

If u did not able to Compete with your Competitor in INDIA, Please you better go out of INDIA.
