Reliance cdma
No activation of plan, simply Reliance comm system consume the amount you have recharged

Hi,

i have recharged for Rs 51 to activate 50ps/min plan. But couldn't get activated as the cusomer support of reliance told that you have done a wrong recharge, you should have done Rs48/ instead. But the Reliance flashy website will say you to recharge for Rs51 to vaila the offer.

Anyway my mistake to do the wromg recharge, but how their system has accpeted and sent a return message saying, now you can enjoy 50ps/min calling. But i came to know that after two days since it is deducting rs1.50/min and they don't have a policy to return the wrong amount you have recharged. once you recharge a wrong amount that will go to charity with no clue by the Reliance system!!!
