Balance Deduction without permission

I got a massage on 27.08.2011 (saturday) that your subscription to Idea voice Chat mothly is activated & rs. 30/- for 31 day is deducted from your balance. While i have not applied for it nigther by call nor by massage. When i called to customer care one executive told be that it is deduct against your call & another said, by message you have applied for the same but i have not applied for it by call or massage. They refuse me to refund the amount. It is a case of theft in my account. Please take nessery action.
